Chicken Pot Pie (recipe)

This is a nice, classic, hearty comfort dish, easy to make - and a wonderful way to use leftover chicken. We'll get a whole rotisserie chicken from Costco, eat half of it and then use the rest for this pot pie. Enjoy!
