reminder: BART CV parking fee starts Monday, April 27

Just a reminder that as of Monday, April 27, BART will be charging a daily parking fee of $1 at the Castro Valley station if you park between 4am - 3pm. There are 2 ways to pay for parking, both requiring a little more effort than one would expect it
