Castro Valley Boulevard Streetscape Improvement--Public Art

Hi, All:

 

Over the past several months I've had the opportunity to participate on an artist selection committee as part of the Castro Valley Boulevard Streetscape Improvement Project. Perhaps you had the chance to view various artist's proposals at the library a few months back, or read the article in the Forum more recently.

 

I've attached a link to a video about the entire process and the selected artist, Miriam Stahl.

 

The Alameda County Arts Commission sponsored the selection process, and also produced the video.
