All you major Mid-Century Modern & Pre-fab fans, mark your calendars and gas up the vehicle - the CA Boom Design Show is coming up June 26-28 at the former Robinson's location in Beverly Hills. This is primarily a trade show but is open to the public on the weekend - details are here. In addition to the main exhibit area, there are also home tours led by the actual architects and designers of these MCM & prefab homes in the area - this year's homes & agenda have yet to be announced, but you can find some photos & info for last year's tours here. Thanks to my sister of PTW Associates for the heads-up on this show.
