My partner, Andria mentioned to me your email regarding your interest in Castro Valley, and more specifically the Eichler community. My name is Thomas Westfall, and I am a resident and owner of an Eichler, a realtor, and the Eichler specialist at Vanguard Properties. In fact, I have helped two of my clients find homes in CV this year, and have another client who is purchasing an Eichler in Lucas Valley this week. There is currently only one Eichler available in Castro Valley available. It is a very original, unique 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a corner lot that is actually very nice and an excellent value. Castro Valley has less than 200 Eichlers, and we usually only see a handful availalbe per year.
